Boozy Banana Cream Shake
This milkshake captures the flavors of a banana cream pie and is the perfect treat for warmer weather. We freeze bananas and blend them with Greek yogurt, ice cream, a touch of whiskey, graham crackers, and our secret ingredient, McCormick® Ground Cinnamon.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas, plus more for garnish
- 1 ½ cups vanilla ice cream
- ½ cup greek yogurt
- 2 graham crackers, crushed, plus more for garnish
- 2 tablespoons whiskey
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cinnamon, plus more for garnish
- milk, as needed for thinning
- crushed graham crackers, sugar, and cinnamon, for rimming glasses
- whipped cream, for garnish

Preparation
- Peel the bananas, slice into rounds, and lay on a parchment-lined sheet tray. Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
- In a blender, combine the frozen banana slices, vanilla ice cream, Greek yogurt, crushed graham crackers, whiskey, McCormick® Vanilla Extract, and McCormick® Ground Cinnamon. Blend until thick and smooth. Add a splash of milk if the shake is not blending. Set aside.
- On a small plate, mix together some crushed graham crackers, sugar, and cinnamon until well combined. Dip the rims of 2 chilled glasses into the graham cracker mixture.
- Pour the shake into the prepared glasses.
- Garnish with whipped cream, banana slices, crushed graham crackers, and McCormick® Ground Cinnamon.
