Submit your recipeI loved how it tastes but it’s very spongy I can’t say it’s a cookies, more like a baked pancake
I made these into cupcakes and made the toffee with condensed milk! Then you put it in a pan until it turns into toffee. I didn’t chill it but then put it in a cupcake pan and baked it for about 15 mins. I then frosted it with vanilla buttercream and it was sooo good!
I used 185g of flour instead of 125g and a touch extra baking powder. I also made sure to spread them out carefully on a large tray and they turned out great! Everyone at work went mad for them so I’ll definitely be making them again.

The cookies spread out a LOT. They were delicious, but spongy. Let the cookies chill for at least 3 hours. Use a 1/2 cup more flour for consistency. Overall a great recipe!
DONT MELT THE BUTTER Idk why I did but don't It turned into a pancake but it was soooo good
If you don’t have enough time to chill it for 3 hours just put it in the freezer for about 15-20 mins it always helps
Mine were very good, but I found came out too soft and liquidy. I’m not sure what I could have changed. Still great tho!
Taste very good, but spread a lot. Doubled the recipe and the first batch was literal pancakes. Scoop very small spoonfuls and increase the heat to get them right! Also chill for 2 hours :)
The cookies ( if you can call them that) didn’t taste so bad. They were so spongy though. I felt like should’ve baked them in a cupcake board and called them a banoffee cupcake.
I love them first time 😋 Here is a tip : instead of tofee you can use melted chocolate 🍫 instead of butter use oil instead of 1 bannana use 2 it gives a bannana flavour , if you like bananas . 🍌 use 3 eggs . don't need to leave it in the refrigerator instead add flour till it turns to dough this won't make it spongy trust me . 👍🤗
They were very spongey even after I left the dough to chill overnight. When I made them in the morning they tasted more like banana bread bites than actual toffee cookies. I would recommend to someone who likes fluffier cookies, but I prefer crunchy so these cookies weren’t for me.
They were very good I have posted them on Instagram @_acompletemeal_
