Submit your recipeThis is SOOOOO GOOD!!! I used frozen peas instead of canned, mushrooms instead of carrots, and crispy onions instead of crackers! Oh and I added crushed red pepper flakes because I love spice! It was a hit! definitely recommend
Honestly, do everything it says except use raw carrots and frozen peas and then microwave both for a few minutes. Unless you like mushy carrots/peas... cook for 20 minutes. Don’t tell my mom but this is the best tuna casserole I’ve had :)
I thought it tasted great the townhouse butter crackers gave it a perfect touch of crunchy. Instead of using the canned carrots and peas I used frozen (cooked first of course). You can also use cornstarch instead of flour (1 tbsp mixed in cool water). My daughter and husband went back for seconds.

This tasted awful tuna + carrot + peas = 🤮
Get Ritz crackers for the topping, SOOOO GOOOOD
Not sure why the negative reviews. This was delicious! My picky kids had seconds! Only thing I changed was use frozen peas and real carrots. Would definitely make this again!
Canned carrots and peas??? 🤢 You can steam carrots so easily and use frozen peas, I'm sure the canned ones turn to mush in this immediately
This turned out really good and I would not change a thing. I used all the ingredients as is. Love the crunchiness of the crackers on top with the Parmesan. Great touch!
Went with no carrots but frozen peas thawed. Not the most low fat meal but quite delicious. Beats the cream of mushroom soup I used to use back in the Uni days.
I used tri-coloured noodles, added red onion, celery and red peppers, no peas..everyone in my family loved it
I used frozen mixed veggies, extra wide noodles, added more cheese and a jalapeño!
Townhouse crackers are great. Be sure to spread the egg noodles in the casserole dish immediately after you strain, otherwise they stick together and it’s hard to mix every thing in. The recipe calls for 4-6 cans of tuna. If you use more than 4, I would add a little more chicken broth and milk than called for. I think mushrooms would be amazing in this!
