Submit your recipePhoto is sauce only...After reading the reviews I opted to use evaporated milk instead of regular. Also, because parmesan cheese is so expensive and I made a family sized portion, I used half parmesan and half chive and onion cream cheese. It was delicious and the sauce consistency was perfect!
I followed the other recommendations and did half heavy cream half milk and it turned out great! Bacon was a nice touch!
Read the other reviews that said the sauce was too watery so I made a roux and used 1 cup milk and 1 cup heavy cream. Sauce is really creamy this way

Made this last night for my family. Husband and kids loved it. Husband said it was restaurant quality food, and he would happily pay for it. I used half double cream and half milk as I read what a few other had written about it being too watery. The sauce was absolutely perfect. Will 100% be making this dish again. Super tasty xx
Use less milk, or half milk and half cream, consistence improves. The key to this recipe is bacon. It was a success!!!

I loved this recipe! I would use a heavier cream next time or use less milk since it was very watery, but otherwise it was great! Totally making it again!
I steamed the broccolli before adding it in the pot and I fried the bacon for that extra crispness. For my personal taste, 3 cloves of garlic are better.
Love this recipe. I used bacon and shrimp for my meats, and spinach instead of broccoli. That’s what I had at home.
My very picky family loved this! I added a bit more cheese but other than that it was great.
Doubled the cheese but the sauce still seemed a little too milky. Maybe use less than 2 cups milk? 🤷🏻♀️ Regardless, Alfredo is always a win. So is bacon. 😋😋👏🏻
