Submit your recipeThis was really tasty I just added purple cabbage and half a fresh jalapeño to the slaw. Also to the chicken I added paprika, garlic powder and cayenne for extra flavour ❤️
Weird to combine chicken katsu and tacos but works well. Also, do not know how it could be too spicy for kids like how someone said here. There’s literally no spice in the recipe...not even black pepper....? It’s just a plain fried chicken cutlet?
Used red cabbage for more crunch & mango salsa! This was so easy and inexpensive

if you want a more flavor chicken rub it in this mixture before coating it with flour: 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Onion powder 1 tsp Cumin 1 tsp Oregano 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Chilly powder 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Black pepper for the sauce, I also added 1 tsp garlic powder, to add more flavor since I didn't like how sweet it was. let the chicken rest too
LOVE LOVE LOVE SO DARN GOOD!!!!!! It is a lot of prep work for the chicken BUT it’s SOOO WORTH IT ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Super tasty. Maybe a bit spicy for kids
Watch the sauce.. on its own, it’s too tangy. Added a touch of artificial sweeteners. However, all together.. WOW!! Great combination of flavors!! Making it again, and again and again!
This was really good! A surprising and unique blend of flavors that works really well together. I used a deep fryer to fry the chicken katsu. Next time I’ll use a full head of cabbage because the cabbage slaw was excellent—I did add sesame seeds and ground black pepper to the slaw. I already had tonkatsu sauce at home so I didn’t make the sauce in the recipe
Definitely delicious! The chicken itself was great. I just added salt, pepper, and garlic powder as seasonings to my chicken. Rest the chicken with seasoning for about 30mins. Turned out great! Will be one of my go-to dishes. 😋
Perfect, lovely recipe...
These turned out great! I left off the green onions and it was still delicious.
Tasty 👌 I will make this again. Easy I only used 2 eggs for the chicken and still had plenty.
