    coarsely ground coffee beans (5 g)
  • 3 cups
    filtered water (720 mL)

Cold Brew Martini

  • 4 cups
    ice (560 g)
  • 3 cups
    vodka (720 mL)
  • 3 cups
    coffee-flavored liqueur (720 mL)
  • 1 ½ cups
    cold brew coffee, concentrate (360 mL)

Preparation

  1. Make the cold brew concentrate: In a large glass jar, mix the ground coffee with the water. Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours.
  2. Strain the cold brew through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean jar. The concentrate will keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  3. In a large pitcher, combine the ice, vodka, coffee-flavored liqueur, and cold brew concentrate. Stir for 15–20 seconds. Pour into martini glasses and serve.
