Pantry Ingredients are pantry staples like salt and pepper – items we think you might already have at home. These items will be listed in your Tasty Grocery Bag in the app if they’re needed for a recipe, but are automatically not added to your order. If you’d like to purchase them, simply tap the blue “+” button for that item, and that item will be added to your Tasty Grocery Bag.

Tap the “Swap” button under any item in your Tasty Grocery Bag in the app. From there, you’ll be able to switch to a different brand of the same product. However, if a recipe calls for rice, and you want to use potatoes instead, you won’t be able to make that substitution within the Tasty Grocery Bag. Once you tap the “Check out with Walmart” button, you’ll be taken to Walmart where you’ll be able to search for and add potatoes to your order.

Preparation
Add the ginger and garlic to a 64-ounce mason jar or 2 32-ounce jars. Use the back of a wooden spoon or a muddler to smash the ingredients in the bottom of the jar.
Add the cinnamon sticks, jalapeños, habaneros, and rosemary sprigs.
Add the orange, lemon, apple, and onion, muddling between each addition.

Add the honey and apple cider vinegar.
Place a piece of parchment paper between the jar and the lid to prevent any rust or corrosion from forming on the lid from contact with the vinegar. Close the jar tightly, then shake well to combine the ingredients.
Store the jar in a cool, dry place for at least 3 weeks, up to 6 weeks while the tonic ferments. The longer you allow the tonic to ferment, the spicier it will be.

After fermenting, strain the contents of the jar to remove the solids. Transfer the liquid to a clean jar and add more honey to taste.
Store the tonic in the refrigerator, tightly sealed, for up to 1 month.
To serve, consume 1-2 tablespoons of the tonic on its own, or mix with sparkling water or tea.
I mean yeah sure it’s busted my cold, but why did one of your staff phone me and tell me he would bust my cheeks... I am slightly dissatisfied with this

Disgusting! Try this instead: Put sliced fresh lemons(or juice), sliced ginger, peppercorns and honey in a pan and simmer 30 minutes. The ratios don't matter- play with it. You can then refrigerate this in a jar for weeks. To serve put 1/2 cup into a cup of hot water. I add a shot of bourbon but It's great either way. It tastes good and you'll feel better.

It’s not intended to taste good, it’s intended to be natural medicine. I’ve made variations on this for years and while you can skip the peppers, the number one thing you can’t skip is the garlic. It tastes awful but you should make it, it clears out anything in your system.

While I see the use and benefit of each ingredients, I think paring them according will do a lot better. The garlic, rosemary, onion, ginger, peppers and ACV can be used in a soup, but of course it is better to go lighter with the spicy stuff bc it'll make you feel a lot worse before you get better. The fruit and cinnamon can be used for a nice tea.
