Submit your recipeI also added bacon to the cranberry and brie to add some savory flavor to balance out the sweetness of the cranberries, turned out really amazing and all of my coworkers loved it. The color was perfect at 26 min for me so I recommend checking it between 25 to 30 min
To make this even better, make the cranberry sauce from scratch. It's quick and super easy(the recipe is printed on the bag of cranberries), and the flavor of fresh is 100% better than the canned stuff.
Used homemade cranberry sauce, at the suggestion of another, and reduced baking time to 25 minutes.

I made a deviation of this recipe by adding smoked forest ham, cranberry and Brie. You will not need 30 mins to bake if you are using prepackaged crescent rolls! Otherwise very tasty!
delicious. Made with homemade raspberry jam and store bought crescebt rolls. Took about 16 minutes with store bought, but the brie leaked out everywhere?
I saw another tip that suggested adding smoked ham to the recipe so I did that as well and feel it added a necessary savoriness to the dish! I made this for an early Thanksgiving office gathering and I received several compliments on how Tasty it was!
Omg this was super good I had a warm slice for breakfast and it was so good 😊 one thing that I wanted to share was that it was a little sweet for me great recipe though!! 😁😉👍
Great recipe! I made this as an appetizer for Thanksgiving and it was the hit of the party. Kids to Grandparents gobbled it up! Next time I am going to use a Camembert instead of Brie for a bit more flavor and bite. I'll let y'all know how it turns out!
Delicious! I even used honey butter crescent rolls instead of the original, adds a bit more holiday flavor into it. Make sure you don’t skimp out on the Brie cheese at all, then it’s just cranberry sauce and like, dough. Love the recipe!
This was such a hit for Thanksgiving!
Super good - made it with sugared pecans (with maple syrup and brown sugar) instead of cranberry sauce...was a hit!! such a good fall dish.
Tip. Don’t make this more than once per year or at least wait several weeks. And use name brand ingredients, add rosemary, and use homemade cranberry sauce. Also don’t try and eat one all on your own. And use the butter flake crescents.
