Submit your recipeSuper delicious! I omitted nutmeg and added loads of extra garlic
To me, this was basically four eggs poached in creamed spinach. It was tasty, but it was a strange breakfast choice. I would suggest not adding salt to the recipe. Parmesan is very salty. Just salt it to your liking when it’s in your plate. Also, there was a lot of spinach for four little eggs. Maybe throw in a couple more eggs to balance it out.
This is great for an easy KETO dinner or breakfast recipe! Try subbing the flour for almond flour! It works just as good 😊

Before making the indentations and adding the eggs, I stirred in some freshly chopped Thyme and Basil to the Spinach mix and it gave it a great flavor! 😊
This is yummy! I had very few ingredients in my household but happened to have most items for this recipe. I didn’t have heavy cream so I used evaporated milk. I also only had 2 eggs. It only took an hour to make. I did not strain my eggs and they were fine. The eggs cooked a bit too hard for me so I would recommend less time in the broiler.
Added mushrooms in with the onions. Delicious!
I made this with 3 bunches of fresh spinach (chopped) vs the frozen spinach. I really liked it.
One could also use brown onion soup instead of flour, adds a lovely flavor. And make sure to chop spinach up fine, as coursly chopped up spinach makes it more difficult to make spaces for the eggs
Holy mackerel, this was yummy! I was almost done before I remembered to take a pic! I was out of butter from all the holiday baking so I used olive oil and was out of vegetable broth so used beef stock. I added a lil more pepper flakes cause I like more heat in my dishes, too. Finally, I don't do frozen veggies but used fresh spinach instead. It was delish!
It’s like a green skakshuka. But maybe not as healthy. For a weekend treat it’s perfect.
Amazing!! Recipe was very easy to follow, and the entire family ate it all up! This one will be a regular for brunch :)
I had no cream so swapped it with Greek yogurt blended with a bit of milk - made it a bit lighter, but absolutely delicious!
