If you are on a mobile device, when you select the button to “Add items to grocery bag” on Tasty.co, you will be prompted to download the Tasty app from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store. Once the app is downloaded, it will add the ingredients directly to your bag in the app.

How do I add recipes and ingredients to my Tasty Grocery Bag?
Tap the “Add Items to Grocery Bag” button on the recipe page.

How does the Tasty Grocery Bag work in the Tasty app?
When you add items to your Tasty Grocery Bag, we’ll only add the amount you need to make the recipe.
If you are shopping ingredients from multiple recipes, any items that are needed for multiple recipes will be grouped under a section labeled “Shared Ingredients”.
What is the section labeled “Pantry Ingredients” in my Tasty Grocery Bag?
Pantry Ingredients are pantry staples like salt and pepper – items we think you might already have at home. These items will be listed in your Tasty Grocery Bag in the app if they’re needed for a recipe, but are automatically not added to your order. If you’d like to purchase them, simply tap the blue “+” button for that item, and that item will be added to your Tasty Grocery Bag.
What if I want to select a different brand for a product in the Tasty Grocery Bag?
Tap the “Swap” button under any item in your Tasty Grocery Bag in the app. From there, you’ll be able to switch to a different brand of the same product. For example, if a recipe calls for rice, and you want a different brand of rice, you can make that substitution directly in the Tasty Grocery bag. However, if a recipe calls for rice, and you want to use potatoes instead, you won’t be able to make that substitution within the Tasty Grocery Bag. Once you tap the “Check out with Walmart” button, you’ll be taken to Walmart where you’ll be able to search for and add potatoes to your order.
Why do you need my location?
We ask for your location in order to give you the most up-to-date estimated pricing and availability information for the products we show in your Tasty Grocery Bag in the app.
Are the prices I see in my Tasty Grocery Bag accurate?
All pricing information displayed in your Tasty Grocery Bag in the app is estimated and does not include tax. You will be able to see final pricing, including any additional taxes and fees once you leave the Tasty app to check out with Walmart.

Preparation
Line an 8-inch (20 cm) square pan with parchment paper.
In a food processor, combine the dates, almond butter, and coconut oil. Process until well combined, about 30 seconds.
Add the puffed rice, cherries, and almonds and pulse 5-6 times—just enough so that everything is well incorporated.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and press into an even layer about ½ inch (1 ¼ cm) thick. Freeze for 15 minutes, until set.
Meanwhile, pour the water into a small saucepan. Place a heatproof glass or metal bowl over the saucepan, making sure the water is not touching the bottom. Bring the water to a simmer, then add the chocolate to the warm bowl and let it melt, stirring slowly. Remove the bowl from the heat as soon as the chocolate is melted and smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate over the date and cherry mixture and spread evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle with flaky salt. Return the pan to the freezer for another 20 minutes.
Don’t know why these comments are so negative- these bars are DELICIOUS! I make date based energy bars with mix-ins all the time, they are fantastic tasting and super healthy! And in my opinion, they’re even sweeter than regular processed sugar granola bars because of all the natural sweetness found in dates! Don’t hate on it until you’ve tried it!

I actually made these, thank you very much. And they were awesome! Please please please do not comment until you have tried these. You’re probably hurting the poor girl’s feelings. You shouldn’t even being leaving tips if you haven’t made it.

These are absolutely amazing! I rarely eat things like this, and never cook them, but I was blown away by these bars! My whole family (even kids) loved them and they really do taste like a sweet, chocolaty dessert! I’ll be making these many many more times!

So good! The bars taste amazing. Instead of puffed quinoa, I added oats. I also replace the dried cherries with craisins. I cut them up into longer pieces to replicate KIND bars. You could also add chia seeds and flaxseed. Absolutely love them.

These are amazing! I used olive oil instead of coconut oil. Also, I used pecans instead of chopped almonds, omitted the puffed rice (it doesn’t need it), and added unsweetened coconut. They turned out a little crumbly but are so delicious!

I did the math and if you cut it into 16 squares, each one is 180 calories.
