- 2 habanero peppers
- ¼ medium onion

1 tablespoon ginger paste - 3 cloves garlic
- ½ celery stalk
- 2 fresh basils
- 1 sprig fresh parsley
- 1 spring cilantro
- 1 mint
- 1 leek petal

¼ cup dried rosemary (10 g) - 1 green onion

¼ cup vegetable oil (60 mL) -
¼ cup water (60 mL)

Preparation
- Chop habanero, onion, ginger, garlic, celery, basil, parsley, mint, leeks, cilantro, and green onion into small pieces and pour it into a blender.
- Add the dried rosemary, cooking oil and water into the blender and blend into a puree.
- Use the marinade for your all purpose cooking to add flavor to your meat, fish and stews.
