  • 2 habanero peppers
  • ¼ medium onion
  • 1 tablespoon
    ginger paste
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ½ celery stalk
  • 2 fresh basils
  • 1 sprig fresh parsley
  • 1 spring cilantro
  • 1 mint
  • 1 leek petal
  • ¼ cup
    dried rosemary (10 g)
  • 1 green onion
  • ¼ cup
    vegetable oil (60 mL)
  • ¼ cup
    water (60 mL)

Preparation

  1. Chop habanero, onion, ginger, garlic, celery, basil, parsley, mint, leeks, cilantro, and green onion into small pieces and pour it into a blender.
  2. Add the dried rosemary, cooking oil and water into the blender and blend into a puree.
  3. Use the marinade for your all purpose cooking to add flavor to your meat, fish and stews.
