Submit your recipeThey looked good until they pretty much the sugar and butter glaze exploded in our oven and smoked our oven and house😂
This is definitely a winner. Delicious and pretty easy to make. I didn’t have 5 bananas like the recipe called for I had 4 and it worked just fine for me. They came out a little more dense than I expected but still very good. I didn’t eat them as soon as they came out of the over so I heated them up for 15secs and topped with with cream. 😋😋😋
i followed the directions perfectly. i didn't make any change. it was like volcanic eruption. While baking the syrup just explodes into the oven everywhere.

Starting off saying these were DELICIOUS! A huge hit with my roommates. It says to use 1 cup of brown sugar for the caramel in the recipe but only 1/2 cup in the video. I used one cup and it didn’t look right so I added a tiny bit of milk and it smoothed. After putting them in the oven my caramel stayed in the bottom of the muffin tin but was still amazing!
try using ramikins instead of tins..... stops burning and dripping 😃
THIS RECIPE ALMOST SET MY OVEN ON FIRE!!! Smoke everywhere, seems good but def not worth the fire hazard.
These were great! Sort of reminiscent of bread pudding made with banana bread and Carmel sauce! I used a larger than a standard size muffin pan and I had no batter left over, baked it for 30 minutes. I tried eating one cold and it does taste better warm for sure, but the caramel sauce rocks!!!!
after reading the comments i was nervous about the glaze stuff exploding in my oven, so i lowered the temperature a bit and just cooked them for a little longer. they came out so good!! i also put a sheet with parchment paper underneath the muffin tray because there still was a little bit bubbling over the edge. helped keep the oven cleaner!!
If you’re going to try and save you a cupcake pan By using cupcake liners, or use aluminum foil ones! I experimented with both aluminum and paper, and as you can see the paper wrapper causes the caramel sauce to boil over! The photo is of them cooling off
These weren’t very good. The texture was off and they tasted super banana-y. I don’t recommend these.
The cakes ended up being dense and hard instead of soft, so I wasn’t a fan. Also make sure to add 1 cup instead of 1/2 of brown sugar for the sauce.
In the video they don’t show u that u should grease before putting them in the cooking shaper thing
