Submit your recipePerfect! I’m trying mine with lime rice next time.
I know everyone’s saying this, but double the spices. Incredible with chicken tenderloin instead of breast. Huge hit with my family!
Amazing! Made a few changes. I always tend to overlook chicken breasts so I used thin sliced ones and it only took about 12-15 minutes. Sliced the peppers/onions smaller so I could get more in each bite. Also put it over a bed of spinach and black beans instead of rice, (trying to use them before they went bad in the fridge). And yes, def double the spices!

I love these meal prep ideas! This one is super tasty. I doubled my spices and it turned out delicious. Very budget friendly!
Following another tip I doubled up on the spices. Delicious!
I think I’m going to double the spices next time. It was very good. I added some jarred salsa to the chicken. I’d make it again
I’ve made this several times! It’s definitely my favorite fajitas recipe. I add cayenne pepper and double the spices like everyone else says. We like it spicy though. It’s perfect!
Was amazing ☺️definitely making it again Tasty & easy
Great recipe, doubled the spices and added served with Uncle Ben’s wild rice cooked in chicken stock. For a super moist chicken, I made sure the chicken was at room temperature before putting it in the oven. I let it rest for 5 min (covered pan with foil as it rested to keep it warm) before I sliced it for serving.
It’s pretty bland when you’re not eating the peppers so if you cut them into smaller pieces you can have little bursts of flavor more often.
I cut up the chicken before cooking to make the cooking time a bit shorter and so the veggies and meat were finished at the same time
Delicious!! Instead of baking this though, I pan fried the chicken and veggies (separately). I coated chicken and veggies with olive oil and covered in the season mix. Doubled the portions but it didn’t seem to be enough so I made another doubled batch of seasoning and it came out very good! (One for chicken and one for veggies). Surprised even myself lol.
