Pomegranate Champagne Spritzer

Ingredients

for 6 servings

Cut the pomegranate in half, and hit it over a bowl with a wooden spoon to release the seeds.
Squeeze half a lemon over the pomegranate seeds.
Pour a half cup of water over the seeds and lemon juice, and spoon the mixture into ice tray of choice.

These are so pretty but a little bit annoying ( you go to take a sip and practically choke on the pomegranate 😂) they look fancy but aren’t very practical. Would make again for a decorative feature but wouldn’t if you want something that adds to the enjoyment of your drink. Hope this helps x
