How do I get the Tasty app?
If you are on a mobile device, when you select the button to “Add items to grocery bag” on Tasty.co, you will be prompted to download the Tasty app from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store. Once the app is downloaded, it will add the ingredients directly to your bag in the app.

Can I purchase ingredients directly from Tasty.co?
You must download the Tasty app in order to finalize adding items to your bag and complete your purchase with Walmart.
How do I add recipes and ingredients to my Tasty Grocery Bag?
Tap the “Add Items to Grocery Bag” button on the recipe page.
If you have not yet shared your location, we’ll ask you to do so and ask you to select your preferred store location.
We’ll then match the ingredients in the recipe to available products in store and show them in your Tasty Grocery Bag!
How does the Tasty Grocery Bag work in the Tasty app?
When you add items to your Tasty Grocery Bag, we’ll only add the amount you need to make the recipe.
If you are shopping ingredients from multiple recipes, any items that are needed for multiple recipes will be grouped under a section labeled “Shared Ingredients”.
What is the section labeled “Pantry Ingredients” in my Tasty Grocery Bag?
Pantry Ingredients are pantry staples like salt and pepper – items we think you might already have at home. These items will be listed in your Tasty Grocery Bag in the app if they’re needed for a recipe, but are automatically not added to your order. If you’d like to purchase them, simply tap the blue “+” button for that item, and that item will be added to your Tasty Grocery Bag.
What if I want to select a different brand for a product in the Tasty Grocery Bag?
Tap the “Swap” button under any item in your Tasty Grocery Bag in the app. From there, you’ll be able to switch to a different brand of the same product. For example, if a recipe calls for rice, and you want a different brand of rice, you can make that substitution directly in the Tasty Grocery bag. However, if a recipe calls for rice, and you want to use potatoes instead, you won’t be able to make that substitution within the Tasty Grocery Bag. Once you tap the “Check out with Walmart” button, you’ll be taken to Walmart where you’ll be able to search for and add potatoes to your order.
Why do you need my location?
We ask for your location in order to give you the most up-to-date estimated pricing and availability information for the products we show in your Tasty Grocery Bag in the app.
Are the prices I see in my Tasty Grocery Bag accurate?
All pricing information displayed in your Tasty Grocery Bag in the app is estimated and does not include tax. You will be able to see final pricing, including any additional taxes and fees once you leave the Tasty app to check out with Walmart.

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Slice the blocks of tofu in half so you have 4 thin blocks. Place between 2 clean dish towels and stack a baking sheet and books or other heavy items on top to press out the excess liquid. Let sit for at least 20 minutes, or up to 1 hour.
Transfer 2 of the tofu blocks to a small baking dish or container and drizzle the soy sauce evenly over both sides. Sprinkle ¼ teaspoon garlic powder onto both sides. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours, until almost all the liquid has been absorbed.

Add the flour and cornstarch to a small bowl and mix to combine. Add the non-dairy milk to another small bowl. In a third small bowl, combine the bread crumbs, nutritional yeast, paprika, remaining ½ teaspoon garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper and mix to combine.
Coat a marinated tofu block in the flour mixture, then the non-dairy milk. Repeat coating in the flour and non-dairy milk, then coat with the bread crumb mixture. Repeat with the other tofu block.
Lay the breaded tofu cutlets and the 2 non-breaded blocks on a non-stick baking sheet. Brush both sides of the breaded tofu cutlets with olive oil. Brush vegan teriyaki sauce over both sides of 1 non-breaded block and vegan BBQ sauce over both sides of the other non-breaded block.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until the breaded tofu cutlets are golden brown.
Serve the tofu blocks sliced, cubed, or whole in salads, wraps, stir-frys, or sandwiches. Store up to 5 days in an airtight container.
Freeze the tofu & defrost so it’s a chewier texture & marinate it for 30 min in some sort of broth or soy sauce.

I made the breaded tofu, and it was really great and I even got my picky sister to eat some and go back for seconds. And they tasted great after being refrigerated so they will be a good plan for lunches.

I made the crispy one. It was really good. You will probably end with leftovers of the flour, spices, and non-dairy milk, so you can crisp some veggies with it, I had asparagus and they were also really good.

Love all the ways these can be used! Have tried it in salad, a sandwich, and a Buddha bowl. Also realized the breaded one is even good cold in the salad 🙌🏼

Use crumbs, flour and milk for vegetables. I mixed all leftovers with broccoli and cooked it. Perfectly fitted with tofu. 😊
