Can I shop ingredients for any recipe in the Tasty app?
You can shop ingredients for almost all recipes in the Tasty app! Unfortunately, recipes containing alcohol are not shoppable at this time.
How do I get the Tasty app?
If you are on a mobile device, when you select the button to “Add items to grocery bag” on Tasty.co, you will be prompted to download the Tasty app from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store. Once the app is downloaded, it will add the ingredients directly to your bag in the app.
If you are on a desktop device, when you select the button to “Add items to grocery bag” on Tasty.co, you will be asked to provide your phone number so we can text you a link to download the app from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.
You can download the Tasty app directly from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store at any time.
Can I purchase ingredients directly from Tasty.co?
You must download the Tasty app in order to finalize adding items to your bag and complete your purchase with Walmart.
How do I add recipes and ingredients to my Tasty Grocery Bag?
Tap the “Add Items to Grocery Bag” button on the recipe page.
If you have not yet shared your location, we’ll ask you to do so and ask you to select your preferred store location.
We’ll then match the ingredients in the recipe to available products in store and show them in your Tasty Grocery Bag!
How does the Tasty Grocery Bag work in the Tasty app?
When you add items to your Tasty Grocery Bag, we’ll only add the amount you need to make the recipe.
If you are shopping ingredients from multiple recipes, any items that are needed for multiple recipes will be grouped under a section labeled “Shared Ingredients”.
What is the section labeled “Pantry Ingredients” in my Tasty Grocery Bag?
Pantry Ingredients are pantry staples like salt and pepper – items we think you might already have at home. These items will be listed in your Tasty Grocery Bag in the app if they’re needed for a recipe, but are automatically not added to your order. If you’d like to purchase them, simply tap the blue “+” button for that item, and that item will be added to your Tasty Grocery Bag.
What if I want to select a different brand for a product in the Tasty Grocery Bag?
Tap the “Swap” button under any item in your Tasty Grocery Bag in the app. From there, you’ll be able to switch to a different brand of the same product. For example, if a recipe calls for rice, and you want a different brand of rice, you can make that substitution directly in the Tasty Grocery bag. However, if a recipe calls for rice, and you want to use potatoes instead, you won’t be able to make that substitution within the Tasty Grocery Bag. Once you tap the “Check out with Walmart” button, you’ll be taken to Walmart where you’ll be able to search for and add potatoes to your order.

We ask for your location in order to give you the most up-to-date estimated pricing and availability information for the products we show in your Tasty Grocery Bag in the app.
Are the prices I see in my Tasty Grocery Bag accurate?
All pricing information displayed in your Tasty Grocery Bag in the app is estimated and does not include tax. You will be able to see final pricing, including any additional taxes and fees once you leave the Tasty app to check out with Walmart.
How much does this service cost?
Pickup is free! There may be a fee to get your pickup faster.
Delivery fees vary and are based on the time slot you book. The delivery fee for your individual order will be shown at checkout.
How do I complete my order?
Tap the “Check out with Walmart” button from your Tasty Grocery Bag in the app, which will take you to the Walmart mobile app or website to complete the checkout process. You will only have to provide payment information on the Walmart website.
How do I select pickup or delivery?
After tapping the “Check out with Walmart” button from your Tasty Grocery Bag in the app, you will be taken to Walmart, where you’ll be able to add more items to your order, choose pickup or delivery, select your time slot, and add your payment information.
I need more grocery items besides the ones I need for my Tasty recipes. How do I add those to my order?

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Make the DIY taco seasoning: Mix the salt, pepper, cumin, garlic powder, and chili powder together in a small bowl.
- Add the flank steak to a baking sheet. Drizzle with 2 teaspoons of olive oil and rub to coat, then sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of the taco seasoning and rub to coat evenly. To the other baking sheet, add the green bell pepper, mushrooms, red bell pepper, red onion, and broccoli. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of taco seasoning. Toss to coat.
- Wrap the tortillas in foil, add to the baking sheet with veggies, and bake until the vegetables are browned and the steak is cooked to your liking, about 20 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes, then thinly slice the steak against the grain.
- Make the lime crema: combine the Greek yogurt, lime juice, and zest in a small bowl. Season with salt.
- Serve the roasted steak and vegetables with the lime crema and your family's favorite toppings to create a DIY taco bar.
- Note: Feel free to serve with your family’s favorite toppings to create a taco bar that’ll make everyone happy.
- *Vegan/Vegetarian Substitution: Omit the steak and serve with 1 cup black beans for added protein.

I didn’t use steak as I fancied a meat free night so I use black beans with salsa and cumin. It was amazing! I made the veg too spicy for my kid, but I will amend this next time. But it was absolutely amazing and packed a huge amount of veg in each portion.

This was SO good. Super tasty for being easy. Longest part is slicing up the veggies. Lime Crema sauce is super easy-just mix 3 ingredients. Only tip is small corn tortillas taste great but dont hold much! Dont overfill or they wrip.

That is NOT, I repeat, that is NOT pico de gallo. That was tomato and onion. Pico de gallo consists of tomato, onion, jalapeños or serrano peppers, cilantro and lemon juice.
