By now you know Ina Garten — the queen of simple-yet-delicious cooking, wife of the famous Jeffrey, and author of countless cookbooks.
Well it turns out she has a trick up her sleeves for cutting cauliflower that's legit game changing.
You know how cutting a head of cauliflower is always a mess?
Well Garten has a simple fix: Just turn your head of cauliflower upside down as you cut it so all of the little pieces stay put and don't fly everywhere.
In the post, she said, "If you've been cutting cauliflower through the top and getting little bits all over your kitchen, I have a better way to do it!!"
This way all of the little pieces stay within the crown of the cauliflower instead of flying all over your cutting board — and as an added bonus, it makes it easier to cut perfect little florets, too. A win win!
As Garten would say, "How easy is that?"
So if you're a frequent cauliflower cutter, turn that baby upside down and save yourself some hassle!
