Below you'll find several ideas for healthy snacks that are quick and easy to put together. They're made with three ingredients or less β€” with an eye on whole foods, low (or no) added sugar, and where possible, a boost of protein and fiber so you'll stay fuller longer.

For more protein and fiber, use sprouted bread. (I like the Ezekiel brand bc it has no added sugar β€” and is cheap at Trader Joe's!)

2. Citrus + Yogurt + Pomegranate Seeds

You could also swap the pomegranate seeds for nuts or granola.
