Ingredients
for 6 servings
- ½ cup unsalted butter (100 g), softened
- ½ cup caster sugar (100 g)
- 1 cup self-raising flour (100 g)
- 1 large banana
- ¾ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Whisk the softened butter and caster sugar together until light and fluffy
- Add the egg and a tablespoon of the flour whisk till combined. Then, mash the banana.
- Add the mashed banana and flour into the wet ingredients and fold them in.
- Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 45-50 mins.
- Cool and serve.
