  • 1 green apple, cored and sliced
  • 1 red apple, cored and sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced, plus more for garnish
  • ⅔ cup simple syrup (225 g)
  • 1 cup rye whiskey (240 mL)
  • 1 cup apple cider (240 mL)
  • 1 bottle rosé wine
  • 1 ½ cups apple cider (360 mL), sparkling

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the green apple, red apple, lemon, simple syrup, whiskey, apple cider, and rosé. Stir well, then chill until ready to serve, up to 2 days.
  2. Immediately before serving, add the sparkling apple cider and stir to incorporate.
  3. Pour into glasses and garnish with lemon wedges.
