Bacon And Onion Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

for 6 servings

  • ½ lb bacon (225 g), chopped
  • 6 medium red potatoes, chopped in 3/4-inch (3 cm) pieces
  • 2 oz onion soup mix (55 g), 1 packet
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
