Banana Bread Overnight Oats

Ingredients

for 1 serving

  • 40 g (½ cup) quaker rolled oat
  • 100 mL (3 oz) fresh pasteurized milk
  • 50 g (2 oz) natural yogurt
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 15 g (⅕ cup) pecan, chopped

Preparation

  1. Add all of the ingredients except for the banana and pecans in a clean mason jar.
  2. Stir everything together.
  3. Add the banana and pecans.
  4. Put a lid on the mason jar and refrigerate overnight 40°F (≤ 5°C).
  5. Enjoy!
