Ingredients
for 1 serving
- 1 lb silken tofu (455 g)
- ¼ cup maple syrup (85 g)
- ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (120 mL)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 cup ice (140 g)
- protein powder, optional

Preparation
- Mix tofu and maple syrup together until smooth. Pour into a rubber ice cube tray and freeze cubes.
- Add frozen banana, 1 tofu cube, spinach, almond milk, and protein powder (optional). Blend and enjoy. Add more milk to thin out smoothie consistency if desired.
