Bell Pepper Paneer Bhurji

Ingredients

for 4 servings

  • 14 oz paneer (400 g), crumbled
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 thai green chilis, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt

Preparation

  1. On medium heat, saute chopped onions, green chilies, and salt in oil. Add ginger garlic paste and fry well for a minute.
  2. Add chopped bell pepper and cook until soft.
  3. To this, add the crumbled paneer and cook until paneer is soft.
  4. Add chopped coriander, season with salt, and serve alongside roti, paratha, or naan.
