  • 1 cup blueberries (150 g), fresh or frozen and thawed
  • 1 cup blackberries (150 g), fresh or frozen and thawed
  • ¼ cup sugar (50 g)
  • ¼ cup lemon juice (60 mL)
  • 750 mL Stella Rosa® Black Wine (750 mL)
  • ½ cup Stella Rosa® Smooth Black Brandy (120 mL)
  • 4 sprigs fresh thyme, plus more for garnish
  • 2 cups berry-flavored soda water (480 mL)

  1. Add the blueberries, blackberries, sugar, and lemon juice to a large pitcher and muddle until the berries have broken down and the sugar has dissolved, 1–2 minutes.
  2. Stir in the Stella Rosa® Black Wine, Stella Rosa® Smooth Black Brandy, and the thyme. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight.
  3. Just before serving, stir in the berry-flavored soda water.
  4. Serve the sangria, garnished with more thyme sprigs.
  5. Enjoy!
