Blackberry Tequila Punch

Ingredients

for 8 servings

  • 12 oz (340 g) blackberry
  • 2 cups (470 mL) tequila
  • 4 limes, sliced
  • 4 sprigs fresh mint
  • 24 oz (710 mL) ginger beer
  • 24 oz (710 mL) club soda

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, crush blackberries into a pulpy mixture. Pour in tequila.
  2. Slice limes and add them with mint sprigs, and stir mixture. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Right before serving, pour cold ginger beer and club soda into the mixture. Serve.
  5. Enjoy!
