  • ¼ cup frozen blueberry (35 g)
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • ½ cup frozen mango chunks (75 g)
  • ⅓ cup frozen apple chunks (50 g)
  • 1 teaspoon blue spirulina powder

For Garnish

  • kiwi, sliced
  • fresh blueberry
  • hemp seed
  • granola

Preparation

  1. In a high-powered blender, combine the Planet Oat® Unsweetened Original Oatmilk, frozen blueberries, bananas, mango, apples, and spirulina. Blend on high speed until smooth, about 2 minutes.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and garnish with kiwi, blueberries, hemp seeds, and granola.
