  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup plain flour (100 g)
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder (50 g)
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chip (50 g)
  • ¼ cup white chocolate chip (50 g)
  • whipped cream, to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F (180°C).
  2. Whisk the brown sugar and butter in a bowl.
