- 3 onions, chopped
- ¾ cup lentils (125 g)
- 2 ½ cups water (600 mL)
- 1 cup fine grain bulgur (200 g)
- 1 salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- caramelized onion, for serving

Preparation
