Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 onions, chopped
  • ¾ cup lentils (125 g)
  • 2 ½ cups water (600 mL)
  • 1 cup fine grain bulgur (200 g)
  • 1 salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • caramelized onion, for serving
