Ingredients
for 12 servings
- ½ cup butter (115 g), softened
- 1 cup brown sugar (200 g)
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 ¾ cups flour (215 g)
- 1 bag butterfinger bits, as much as you desire
Preparation
- Cream butter with the sugars until fluffy. Then, beat in the egg and vanilla.
- Add the dry ingredients and beat into the butter mixture.
- Stir in Butterfinger bits. Then, refrigerate the dough for 4 hours.
- Bake at 375°F for 8-10 min.
- Serve warm.
