    oats (125 g)
  • ⅖ cup
    walnuts (40 g)
  • 1 teaspoon
    almond
  • ¾ cup
    peanut butter (190 g)
  • 3 teaspoons
    honey
  • 1 teaspoon
    cinnamon
  • ⅗ cup
    carrot, grated (40 g)
  • ⅓ cup
    raisin (50 g)

Preparation

  1. Add oats, walnuts and ground almonds to a large bowl and mix together.
  2. Add peanut butter, honey and cinnamon and mix.
  3. Add carrot and raisins to the mixture and mix until a everything has stuck together.
  4. Form into 12 balls and place on baking paper.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
