Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a Bundt pan with nonstick spray.
  2. In a small bowl mix together the McCormick® Ground Cinnamon, McCormick® Ground Ginger, McCormick® Ground Nutmeg, McCormick® Ground Allspice, McCormick® Ground Cloves, and McCormick Gourmet® Organic Ground Cardamom, and McCormick® Black Pepper. Reserve ½ teaspoon of the spice mixture for garnish.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar with an electric hand mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, McCormick® All Natural Pure Vanilla Extract, and Greek yogurt and mix until combined.
  5. Add half of the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix on low speed until incorporated Add the remaining dry ingredients and the spice mixture and mix until just combined. Fold in the diced apples with a rubber spatula.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and smooth the top. Bake for 50–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
  7. Meanwhile, make the cream cheese glaze: In a medium bowl, whip the cream cheese with an electric hand mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add the powdered sugar, McCormick® All Natural Pure Vanilla Extract, and milk and whip on low speed until combined. If the glaze is too thick, add more milk until it is loose enough to spread.
  8. Remove the cake from the oven and let cool for 20 minutes. Flip the cake over onto a platter and spread the cream cheese glaze on top. Sprinkle the reserved spice mixture over the glaze. Let the glaze set for 10 minutes before slicing the cake and serving.
  9. Enjoy!
