  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit, 8 biscuits

    ground beef (455 g)
  • ½ cup
    ketchup (120 g)
  • 1 teaspoon
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon
    mustard
  • 2 tablespoons
    brown sugar
  • 8 slices cheese, small slices
  • topping of your choice

Preparation

  1. Crumble and cook the beef in a skillet adding salt and pepper to season. Drain.
  2. Mix in ketchup, Worcestershire, mustard, and brown sugar.
  3. Grease a muffin tin, and line 8 cups with the refrigerated biscuits.
  4. Divide the meat mixture among the 8 cups.
  5. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10-15 minutes, until the biscuit dough is brown.
  6. Top with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Top with your favorite toppings and serve.
