Chicken Broccoli Bake


for 4 servings

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 broccolis, cut into florests
  • garlic powder, to taste
  • lemon herb, to taste
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (245 g)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese (110 g), grated
  • 1 lemon juice, juiced
  • 1 box rotini pasta

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°. Spray a 9x13 inch (22x33 cm) pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Cook the pasta according to package directions.
  3. Cut up the broccoli and place in the bottom of the pan. Lay the chicken on top of broccoli. Season the chicken with garlic powder and lemon herb seasoning.
  4. Mix together the mayonnaise, cream of mushroom soup, Parmesan and lemon juice. Pour the mixture over the chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Then remove foil and cook for another 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbling.
  6. Serve over pasta and enjoy.
