Chocolate Carrot Cake Oatmeal

Ingredients

for 1 serving

  • ½ cup quick oat (50 g)
  • 1 ¼ cups milk (300 mL), any kinds
  • ⅓ cup grated carrot (50 g)
  • 1 ½ tablespoons maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla yogurt, optional
  • 2 tablespoons pecan, chopped, optional

Preparation
