Ingredients
for 1 serving
- ½ cup quick oat (50 g)
- 1 ¼ cups milk (300 mL), any kinds
- ⅓ cup grated carrot (50 g)
- 1 ½ tablespoons maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons vanilla yogurt, optional
- 2 tablespoons pecan, chopped, optional

Preparation
