Ingredients

  • ¾ cup butter (170 g), melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar (200 g)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups kodiak cake mix (185 g)
  • 1 cup oats (75 g)
  • 1 tablespoon nutella

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F.
  2. Mix the sugar, cake mix, and oats. Add the eggs, vanilla, and butter to a separate bowl and cream together.
  3. Add wet ingredient mixture to dry and mix well. Then, add Nutella, mix, and form into a dough.
  4. Shape the dough into balls and arrange on a greased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake for 12 minutes. Once golden, cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes.
