Chocolate Peanut Butter Pancakes

  • 1 cup (235 mL) milk
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup (60 g) peanut butter
  • 1 cup (115 g) wheat flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ cup (90 g) dark chocolate chip


  1. In a bowl, mix the milk, egg, and peanut butter. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder. Pour wet mixture into dry, add chocolate, and mix thoroughly.
  3. Pour pancake batter in ¼ cup (60 ml) amounts on a griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook until bubbles pop on the surface of the pancake, then flip and cook the other side.
  5. Enjoy!
