Ingredients

for 2 servings

  • 1 pita bread
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF (180ºC).
  2. Slice pita bread into eighths and spread chips out on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl combine coconut oil, sugar, and cinnamon and brush onto both sides of the chips.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Allow to cool.
  6. Enjoy!
