Ingredients

for 2 cups

  • 14 oz chickpeas (395 g), 1 can
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup tahini sauce (60 g)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • fresh parsley, chopped, to serve

Preparation
