Coconut Bacon

Crispy and smoky coconut flakes are used as a vegan substitute for bacon in this recipe.

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon liquid smoke, optional
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, for greasing

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 325˚F (160˚C).

  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes, flipping every five minutes until golden brown.
