  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed, plus additional for topping
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • icing, for topping, optional
