Cranberry Sauce Jello Shots

Ingredients

for 35 jello shots

  • 2 ½ cups
    water (600 mL)
  • 14 oz
    cranberry sauce, 1 can (400 g)
  • 6 oz
    orange-flavored powdered gelatin, cranberry, cherry or plain (170 g)
  • 1 cup
    vodka (240 mL)
  • orange, cut into twists, for garnish

Preparation

  1. In a medium pot over medium-high heat, whisk together the water and cranberry sauce until combined. Bring to a boil, then transfer to a large bowl.
  2. Add the gelatin and whisk to dissolve. Add the vodka and whisk to combine.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any solids.
  4. Divide the mixture between small cups. Cover with plastic wrap, then let set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  5. Garnish with orange twists.
  6. Enjoy!
