Cucumber Celery Juice

Ingredients

for 2 servings

  • 8 large celery stalks, rinsed and roughly chopped
  • 1 large cucumber, roughly chopped
  • 1 granny smith apple, cored and roughly chopped
  • 1 cup Pure Leaf® Green Tea (240 mL)
  • 1 large lemon, juiced
  • 2 lemon wheels
  • 2 cucumber wheels
  • ice, for serving

Preparation

  1. Add the celery, cucumber, apple, and Pure Leaf® Green Tea to a blender and blend on high speed until smooth, 3–4 minutes.
  2. Strain the juice through a fine-mesh sieve set over a large bowl, using a spatula to press the pulp to extract all of the liquid. Discard the pulp. Stir in the lemon juice.
  3. Fill 2 glasses with ice, then divide the juice evenly between the glasses and garnish each with a lemon wheel and a cucumber wheel.
  4. Enjoy!
