Ingredients
for 2 servings
- vegetable oil, or sunflower oil
- 2 hot dog buns
- 1 cup sugar (200 g)
- 1 pt ice cream (400 g)
- your choice of toppings, like sauce or sprinkles
Preparation
- Cut the hot dog bun in half, keeping it together a little if you can.
- Roll the bun in sugar.
- Fry in hot oil for about 30 seconds each side,
- Allow to cool for 30 seconds, then fill with ice cream and cover in sauce!
