Ingredients
for 20 servings
- 1 ½ cups semolina (185 g)
- ½ cup plain flour (65 g)
- 1 egg
- ½ cup ghee (115 g)
- 1 ½ cups thick coconut milk (360 mL)
- 2 cups powdered sugar (220 g)
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
For Greasing:
- ghee
- plain flour
For Garnishing:
- 10 cashews, sliced
- 10 pistachios, sliced

Preparation
- Preheat the oven at 180°C for 10 mins.
- Soak semolina and plain flour in coconut milk for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, mix powdered sugar, egg, ghee and cardamom in the soaked coconut milk with semolina and plain flour. Mix well with a spatula and make sure there are no lumps.
- Grease the egg tart mould with some ghee and sprinkle it with a little bit of plain flour. Then, pour the batter into the tart moulds.
- Bake at 180°C for 25 mins.
- Let cool and serve.
