Ingredients
for 6 servings
- 1 cup caster sugar (200 g)
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup regular cocoa powder (55 g)
- 2 cups flour (250 g)
- ½ cup Belgian dark cocoa powder (55 g)
- 2 eggs
- ½ teaspoon baking soda

Preparation
- Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder and baking soda in a small mixing bowl.
