Easy Chocolate Mousse

Easy Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

for 4 servings

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 ½ dark chocolate bars, thinly chopped
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream (475 mL)
  • strawberry, for garnish

Preparation

  1. Add chocolate and heavy cream into a small bowl and melt, stirring every 20 seconds.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites, sugar, and the remaining heavy cream with a hand mixer until soft peaks form. Add chocolate and mix well.
  3. Transfer mixture into a piping bag and pipe into jar, bowl, or glass of choice.
  4. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
  5. Garnish with fresh strawberries and serve.
