  • ¼ cup soy sauce (60 g)
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • ¼ cup cornstarch (30 g)


  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • ¾ cup orange juice (180 mL)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  1. Slice chicken breast into cubes.
  2. In a bowl, combine marinade ingredients. Add chicken and stir to coat.
