Ingredients

- 1 cup self-rising flour (125 g)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup butter (50 g), melted
- 1 cup milk (240 mL)

Preparation
- Melt butter in the microwave in 15-second intervals.
- Sift flour, sugar and baking soda together into a large bowl.
