  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 small red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
  • 1 small green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
  • 1 small yellow onion, sliced

Preparation

  1. Rub the steak with the fajita seasoning and vegetable oil, then let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
